OATHS OF OFFICE
THE GUBERNATORIAL OATH OF OFFICE:
Situation of the Inauguration: Lancaster Palace, St Helena of Adenport - Roseport
Person who shall take the Oath of Office: the Prime Minister of an Official Canton of the State, elected by a majority of the members of the Council of the Governor of the State to resume the Office of Governor of the State for the next year.
Person who shall perform the Oath of Office: the President of the Supreme Court of State (and in absence the Executive of the Supreme Court of State). Under extraordinary circumstances, the Chairman of the People's Government or an Magistrate-Justice of the Supreme Court of State.
THE STATE AND NATION OATH OF OFFICE:
Situation of the Inauguration: usually at the courtyard of the Lancaster Palace, St Helena of Adenport - Roseport
Person who shall take the Oath of Office: an Angalicanian Citizen at the proposal of the President of the General Assembly's Chamber of Deputies, who in accordance with the Constitutional provision enjoys a majority of the Deputies and the command of the People's by a General Election to resume the Office of Chairman of the People's Government.
Person who shall perform the Oath of Office: the Governor of the State (and in absence, the President of the Council of State). Under Under extraordinary circumstances, the President of the Supreme Court of State, the President of the Chamber of Deputies or the President of the Senate of the Nation.
Oath, as written in the Constitution:
I [full name], do solemnly and affirmatively swear that I upon the command of the People of this Nation: shall perform the Office of Chairman of the People's Government, in accordance with this Constitution and the interest of this Nation and it's People. That I shall protect, preserve and defend the rights and freedoms of every citizen of this State; and upon the Greatness of this Nation, ensure the prosperity and wellbeing of it's People. That I shall defend this Constitution against all enemies; foreign and domestic - and that I affirm a true loyalty and allegiance to the same. That I as Chairman of the People's Government shall work for the People: it's best and willings; and to the best of my skills and knowledge shall executive the Chairmanship with it's duties and it's obligations. That I shall obey the rule of the law, this Constitution and the decisions of the General Assembly. That I shall defend the sovereignty of this State, promote the welfare of its People and maintain the autonomy of the their Cantons. That I shall protect the People from harm, pain and injustice and enforce the laws and orders of this Nation. So help me God.
THE FOLK AND THE PEOPLE'S OATH OF OFFICE
Situation of the Inauguration: usually in the Folk and Peoples Room, Lancaster Palace, St Helena of Adenport - Roseport
Person who shall take the Oath of Office: an Angalicanian Citizen who in accordance of the Constitution is appointed to be a Councilor of State by the Senate of the Nation at the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Government.
Person who shall perform the Oath of Office: The Governor of the State (and in absence, the President of the Council of State). Under extraordinary circumstances, the Chairman of the People's Government or the President of the Supreme Court of State.
Oath, as written in the Constitution:
Since I [full name], now has been called, commanded and appointed to be a Member of the Council of Ministers; I solemnly and affirmatively swear, that I shall perform my Office in accordance; with this Constitution and the interest of this Nation and it's People. That I shall protect, preserve and defend the rights and freedoms of every citizen of this State; and upon the Greatness of this Nation, ensure the prosperity and wellbeing of it's People. THE GENERAL AND EXECUTIVE OATH OF OFFICE:

Person who shall take the Oath of Office: an Angalicanian Citizen in order and ruling of the Constitution being elected or appointed to an Executive Office as an Officer of State. The Chair and the Deputy Chair of the People's Government as well as Councilors of State does not perform the General and Executive Oath of Office.
Person who shall perform the Oath of Office: the Governor of the State (and in absence, the President of the Council of State). Under Under extraordinary circumstances, the Chairman of the People's Government or the President of the Supreme Court of State.

THE FAITH AND JUSTICE OATH OF OFFICE:

Person who shall take the Oath of Office: an Angalicanian Citizen in order and ruling of the Constitution being elected or appointed to be Judicial Office of the State. This complies with for example Judges. This however not complies to Prosecutors, Ombudsmen, Solicitor-Generals or the Attorney-General of the State as they're formally part of the Executive.
Person who shall perform the Oath of Office: the Governor of the State (and in absence, the President of the Council of State). Under Under extraordinary circumstances, the Chairman of the People's Government or the President of the Supreme Court of State.

That I to the best of my skills, conscience and knowledge, shall administer justice in all matters and promote truth, candor and the rule of law. That I shall perform my duties impartially, as to the rich as well as to the poor, and according to the laws of this Great State enforce justice. That I shall defend this Constitution against all enemies; foreign and domestic - and that I affirm a true loyalty and allegiance to the same. That I shall restrain from manipulation of the law or further injustice for kinship, marriage, friendship, envy, ill-will or fear - neither for bribes, gifts or in any cause in whatever guise it may appear. That I'll never declare guilt for one who's innocent, nighter innocence for one who's plead to guilt. That I shall follow the orders, laws and governance of this Judiciary, it's rules, proceedings and commands. That I shall be true, honest and righteous in my proceedings. And that I furthermost shall enforce the laws and orders of this Nation and protect this Great Constitution who governs our State. So help me God.
