CHARLETON GOVERNMENT

The Charleton Government took office in 2012 after the snap-election where the Moderate Assembly exceeded the Congregationist party in number of State Deputies and Senators. After a confidence-and-supply agreement were finalized in 2012, Senator Amelia Charleton could form a one-party government who were re-elected in 2015. After the 2015 General Election, the Congregationists and the Moderate Assembly did also create a formal fiscal and budget cooperation where the parties together presents and formulates the State Budgets of the Government.
