Governance, Command and Order

State of Angalicania and the Imperial Federation-Islands, in daily mouth entitled as '''Angalicania''', is a state mainly located in the western Europe, at the Hof-Island surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the Bay of Biscay and the Western Celtic Sea. The state also includes the exclave of Azali Zamber, the old capital in the State of Camardija, in the central Europe sharing borders to Georgia, Turkey and the Black Sea. With a total area of 300,592 sq. kilometers the country is the 71st-largest sovereign state in the world. The state also accommodates estimated 63 985 832 inhabitants. With 10 782 km of coust it becomes one of the worlds counties with the longest coust around it's mainland.

The mainland of Angalicania shares naval borders with Ireland, Spain, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom. After a referendum in 1984 the state joined the European Union. Angalicania also helds membership in the United Nations, the European Council, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, the Atlantic State Congress, the World Trade Organization, the Ang-Asian Council of Trade and Development and after a referendum 2011, the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization, also known as the NATO. However, Angalicania together with only a few of the other EU-states, is not a part of the Eurozone and it's currency is the Angalicanian State Cupon, daily referred as the '''a-cups'''.

The major Hof-Island has been habitated since prehistorical times of both germanic-, celtic-, roman- and wallon peoples. In the later Iron Age the new people which've begun established in the western part of (today know) Mercani and Sarterni Pauley, called themselves ''Ëangalichans''. Under the Roman Kingdom the ëangalichans, battled hard about of their countries but lost in ''the Battle of Mount-Hanamos'', and the people almost get eradicated. Between 150 b.ch - 380 a.d the major parts of Angalicania were part of the Roman Empire.

The Imperial Federation-Islands is a hundred of miles north-west to the mainland of Angalicania, right in the stream of the Gulf Stream which makes the climate very unlike the rest of Angalicania. The climate is almost middle-terranian, with warm days and chilly nights, which makes it suitable for growing citrus and exotics fruits. The original population in the Federation Islands were simple fishermen and farmers which'd come from northern parts of Africa in the later Bronze Age. The ''federations-men'' were a simply people, only striving for keeping their lands, their culture and their language. Across the history they negotiated with the different greater powers in the surroundings, offering great deals of moneys, trades and services in favor for peace and the sovereignty of their homeland. It later changed when the Ëangalichans in the end of the Roman Kingdom occupied their lands.

North-east across the Imperial Federation-Islands, the islands of the Veccio Harbor is located. The major lands and islands of Veccio Harbor is located right in the cool Atlantic Ocean without warmer streams passing it which makes the climate very cool. The nature is similar to the valleys in the Shetland and Faroe Islands and the northern parts of Scotland. In another way makes the climate unique in the Angalicanian State.

The State of Angalicania is divided in 14 semi-autonomous cantons with a major self-governance in different extensions. The cantons has their own governments (Board of Ministers), parliaments (Cantonal Senate) and their first minister (the Prime Minister). Of the 14 cantons, ''Canton of the Imperial Federation-Islands'' has got an special status with more self-governance and autonomy. The cantons also've got their own form of constitutions, Order of the Canton, which is settled by the General Assembly of State.
